RETURNS For All Local Orders:
You may return new, unopened items that meet the conditions outlined below within 30 days of delivery for exchange only at our flagship store located on Beach Road which is opposite the New Development Bank construction site. Items should be returned in their original packaging. As a guideline, we do not generally offer cash refunds. You may however exchange for an item with the same price.
For International Orders:
We regret to inform that we do not offer any returns or exchanges for International Orders. We will however offer to pay for shipping costs if the returned item is a result of our error or defective item. Please email us at orders@ecarruthers.com as soon as you receive an Order that has been wrongly sent or defected item, so that we may issue an RMA number. Please do not send the item back until you have received an RMA number.
eCarruthers.com does not accept the following items as returns:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Gift certificates.

Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards

Any item that has obvious signs of use

Any item not returned in the condition it was sent

Any item that has been tampered with and/or have a missing or torn warranty labels
WARRANTIES eCarruthers.com offers limited warranties on some of its products. To check if the product you are ordering has a warranty, click on the "more details" button for the product. Most of the Electronic products sold on eCarruthers.com come with a 1 Year Warranty from date of purchase. However, the following warranty conditions must be met:
Item Warranty does not cover
- Damage from General Wear and Tear - Physical or Accidental Abuse - Damage resulting from use of the item outside the scope of normal operating procedures as set out in the Manufacturers manual
